Krafton has announced a staggering ₹6,000 Crore investment initiative in India, partnering with South Korean tech giants Naver and Mirae Asset. The 'Unicorn Growth Fund' aims to diversify beyond gaming into broader tech startups, solidifying Krafton's long-term commitment to the region.
Simultaneously, registrations for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026 have officially opened as of December 15. The 5th edition of the tournament promises a larger format and a prize pool of ₹2 Crore, with the first round of in-game qualifiers set to begin in early January.
